Description:Broussard area oilfield equipment distributor seeking inside parts sales and customer service representative for full time position. We are a small, privately-owned company that has been in operation for almost 50 years with a friendly work environment. Duties include: * Provide parts price and delivery information to customers via telephone, fax, and/or email. * Enter customer orders into QES system, package parts for pick-up or shipment. * Resolve customer problems, answer questions, and explain new products. * Coordinate reordering of stock items and ordering special requests, including preparation of Purchase Orders. * Check-in incoming merchandise, stock shelves and fill backorders. * Perform outbound sales contacts to new and established customers to follow-up on quotes and promote new products and sales. Strong computer background will be useful and some familiarity with mechanical equipment will be a plus. Benifits include: health insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, 401K type retirement plan.
